Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

2.1. Duplicate Charges

  • If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a system error, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount.

2.2. Failed Transaction with Deducted Amount

  • If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, and access to the quiz is not granted, we will verify the transaction and issue a refund if necessary.

2.3. Unauthorized Transactions

  • If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and process a refund only if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund in an eligible case:

3.2. Provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
  • Reason for Refund Request
    3.3. Our team will review and verify your request within 5-7 business days.
    3.4. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

4.1. Users are advised to contact Play 2 Win support before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.
4.2. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or banning from future participation.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

Play 2 Win reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
